The NW-760 fiber mixing line can have any number of bale openers which all can be equipped with scales. Each bale opener releases programmed amount of fiber on a conveyor. The conveyor movement is synced to the position of bale openers so that each portion from each bale opener lands on top of previous portion, to achieve better mixing.
Finally, all fibers enter mixing/pre-opener for mixing fibers.
