NW-423 fine opener

NW-423 fine opener Machine infeed is done by a horizontal infeed conveyor, followed by 2 feed rollers controlled by a frequency drive. The NW-423 fine opener has a stationary working/opening element and single main drum, all covered with rigid metal card wires. Minimal moving parts for low maintenance time and cost.

In case of both versions, a transport fan is used to exit the fiber from the opener and deliver it to the next step in the processing.
