NW-420 fine opener Type RK
The RK fine opener uses horizontal infeed conveyor followed by 2 feed rollers controlled by a frequency drive. It has 3 to 5 opening cylinders and single main drum, all covered with rigid wires. Positioning of opening cylinders is done in a way that they self-clean. There is no need for stripper/cleaner rollers.
NW-420 fine opener Type RKP
The RKP fine opener uses horizontal infeed conveyor followed by 2 feed rollers controlled by a frequency drive. It has stationary working/opening element and single main drum, all covered with rigid wires.
In case of both versions, a transport fan is used to exit the fiber from the opener and deliver it to the next step in the processing.
