NW-780 cross lapper

A horizontal cross-lapper with side covers, short inclining infeed belt, horizontal belt, intermediate belt with an oscillating carrier. A second lapping belt with an oscillating carrier, two outlet rollers and bottom lattice. The carriers relate to each other with timing belts.

AC motor with an inverter for the belts, servo motor with inverter for carriers and AC motor with inverter for bottom lattice the max. speed of the bottom lattice is up to 8 m/min and the minimum basic weight is ~100 gr/sqm depending on fibers.

Technical data:

• Infeed width – 2.500mm
• Outfeed width – 2.500mm or 3.500mm
• Infeed speeds up to 60m/min
• Outfeed speed – upon request/need

• Standalone unit with its own electrical cabinet.
